Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Bizalys services. Violations may result in suspension or termination. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service.

1. General Principles

You agree to use the Services:

• In compliance with all applicable laws
• In accordance with professional standards and ethics
• Without infringing third-party rights
• Without disrupting or harming other users or our systems

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Illegal Use

Using Services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to activities prohibited under applicable law.

2.2 Harmful Content

Uploading content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, or violates others' privacy.

2.3 Security Violations

Attempting unauthorized access, circumventing security measures, introducing malware, or interfering with system integrity.

2.4 Abuse of Resources

Excessive automated requests, intentional system overload, or activities that degrade service for others.

2.5 Unauthorized Access

Sharing credentials, accessing others' accounts without authorization, or impersonating others.

2.6 IP Violations

Using Services to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

3. Professional Standards

Users who are Chartered Accountants or professionals must comply with applicable professional standards, including ICAI Code of Ethics. You shall not use Services in ways that would constitute professional misconduct or violate client confidentiality obligations. Bizalys does not monitor or adjudicate professional misconduct; responsibility remains with the user.

4. Data Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have lawful authority to upload and process all data
• Obtaining necessary consents from data subjects
• Maintaining accuracy of data
• Not uploading data you are prohibited from possessing or sharing

5. Enforcement

5.1 Monitoring

We may monitor for compliance to the extent permitted under applicable law, but are not obligated to do so. Bizalys does not conduct continuous surveillance of user activity.

5.2 Actions

For violations, we may:

• Issue warnings
• Suspend access temporarily
• Terminate accounts
• Remove content
• Report to authorities as appropriate

5.3 Emergency

Severe violations may result in immediate suspension without prior notice, except where suspension arises from system error or mistaken enforcement.

5.4 Appeals

You may appeal enforcement actions by contacting support@bizalys.com within 10 days. We will review and respond within reasonable time.

6. Reporting Violations

To report AUP violations, contact support@bizalys.com with subject "AUP Violation Report". Include details of the violation and any supporting evidence. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP periodically. Material changes will be notified through the Services or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

This Acceptable Use Policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nashik, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
